Frome beginning to end top notch from the sale to the install. Very professional and knowledgeable as well as helpful and friendly. Told and explained everything. Making the whole process awsome. Will definitely be doing more with this place.

Great experience working with Amber, Ryan, and Logan. All questions answered from the quoting through the complete installation. We had what was most likely a larger amount of lights installed than many residential homes but Ryan and Logan spent an extremely hot day working through setup and Ryan returned alone and finished the installation. All 3 were pleasant and great to work with. Lights look great even when not on since the channel matches the soffit. Looking forward to years of enjoying the lights!

Everything went as was explained. No hidden costs. The installer did a great job and was done when he said he would be. He then went through the app very well. Would definitely use again.

We just had our permanent lights installed and Friday, and we’re already loving them! The app is so user friendly, so many preset options already and you can also customize your own which is fun. Haven’t had much time to play with them but excited to do more of that! Definitely recommend Northern Lights - response time was quick and great communication. They answered all our questions and did a great job of explaining it all. Couldn’t be happier!

From initial contact through installation everything went smoothly. Lights are amazing, install blends in with our soffits. App is easy to use and so many options. My husband did not want the lights but the lights look so good he even likes them now. 🙂

Fast installation on one of the coldest days of the years. But they were very professional and cleaned up afterwards. And paying through the website was very easy. Would do business with again.

Great experience! Everything went very smooth from the consultation to installation. All the wiring is hidden, the lights are all even and straight. The lights look amazing when turned on and the app is so easy to use. The communication was outstanding. Don’t waste your money on other companies-you won’t get the great service, quality products or the professional look of Northern Lights!

Just had my new permanent holiday lights installed. They look fabulous and couldn't have asked for more. The whole process was easy and after install they went through the app with me on how to use everything. Would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Mike was so incredibly patient with me and all of my questions (I had a TON). He was fast to respond and answered each question throughly without any frustration. He has a personality that made me feel at ease and I never felt rushed to purchase, or like I was annoying him (even though I would have annoyed myself! Haha). I purchased in October, so getting to be the busy time of year, and I still had my lights fully installed less than a month after deciding to do it! They look great. Tons of options/light patterns/colors. Super customizable. I had one very small area where I didn't make it clear to the installer that I wanted lights, I messaged them the afternoon after install and on the next business day they added that area too! No hassle, no ring-around, no arguing, just a "no problem, we will be there to get it added". I am excited for all of the different upcoming holidays and so excited I got them before Halloween, when I was just hoping to have them by December!!! My only regret is that I should have done my whole house! 😂

Had the lights installed yesterday. They were very professional while installing the lights. All my questions were answered. Only had one night to play with the presets. But WOW! Amazing!

We are thoroughly impressed with our new lights. The app system they utilize is also quite impressive. The various presets offer a fun and interactive experience, making for an enjoyable evening exploring the different settings. I am particularly fond of the track system they use for the lights. Our interactions with the entire team, including the sales team, installation crew, and Mike himself, have been exceptional. Mike took the time to ensure everything was to our satisfaction and provided a comprehensive tutorial on maximizing the app's features. Mike was very nice and explained how the installation process would work. I have new siding so was concerned about drilling into the siding or something. But installation was quick, the installers were very nice and helped me get the app working on my phone, and the lighting blends right in with my soffit. I love how my house looks now illuminated at night, and there are so many different color combinations and presets, all done on your phone. I won't have to string lights anymore, no ladders. Thank you for a great job and I am so glad I went with Northern Lights!

RECOMMENDED! I was looking for outdoor lighting for landscape and security and found Northern Lights. While they are out of Appleton, I consider them local. The business owner is a regular guy and the business is not a franchise. For my home, they put up almost 400 LEDs around the house which is almost 300'. The lights were installed within hours, not days. I was playing with light settings that night. I will not have to put-off hanging holiday lights anymore. In fact, the vid/pic below is an example of Easter lights. Thanks guys

Awesome job, I will never have to hang Christmas lights again. i was skeptical of the brightness until the first night playing with the endless colors and patterns... it's not cheap, but nothing good is. Thanks for a great job.

I love our new Northern Lights! After requesting a quote, Mike responded quickly to schedule a demo. Seeing the quality of the product and the many features made the decision to choose Northern Lights an easy one. After installation, Mike returned to make sure everything was working properly and I was comfortable with the app. And he promised to be just a phone call away with future questions or needs. Never having to hang lights again and being able to turn them on with just a click on the app - not just during the holidays, but absolutely any time - is fantastic!

I can’t express enough how amazing the lights look, how easy it is to use on your phone, and how much my kids love making different color schemes from the hundreds of options. In addition to that, Northern Lights was so great to work with. They were very knowledgeable in what they are doing, the construction crew was very attentive to detail/making it look perfect, and when I couldn’t figure something out (not the biggest tech savvy guy), Mike was so happy to help. Since having the lights, I haven’t had one issue! I would highly recommend Northern Lights. They are a great company that stands by their product! I’ve never said this before, but I wish winter was longer now. But when you get these lights, you will have them on year round. They are great for extra lighting when you have friends over late at night around the fire, different holiday preset options (Valentines Day, 4th of July, etc.), sporting games. It’s not just a Christmas thing anymore.

From the quoting process, to the install, to the app orientation and playing around with the lights, this has been a top-notch experience! Super excited to have these lights on the house, and have already recommended to neighbors! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend the team at Northern Lights. They have been amazing to work with. They came into our home and explained the product and options and provided a quote the same day. This was a big investment for us and they were so understanding of that. There was no pressure and we felt like we could take the time we needed to make the best choice. The crew came and set everything up about 2 weeks after our initial consult. They were prompt and so kind and professional. Something didn’t work initially, but they explained the problem and a solution on next steps and it was resolved quickly. Ultimately, the exterior of our home is so beautiful! We love being able to customize and change the lighting options so easily, without a ladder and the risk of going on the roof! Our kids have already created their own color schemes 🙂
